Bermay Automotive Price Promise is if you find a better price we will beat it by 10%.

Bookings need to be made within 30 days of agreeing to Price Beat Guarantee.

For telephone enquiries you can email the quote to info@bermay.com.au following your phone call or bring it in on the day of your service and Bermay Automotive will match the services provided in the quote including the Price Beat Guarantee.

The Price Beat Guarantee will be valid against the initial competitor quote only. Bermay Automotive will not enter into an ongoing price negotiation.

Bermay Automotive will advise if any such additional items not included in scheduled service require attention prior to the works being undertaken. Your consent will be requested before Bermay Automotive completes those additional works.

Scheduled Service means a service to a Vehicle conducted in accordance with the scheduled service intervals as set out in the Owner's Handbook or the relevant servicing schedule.

Schedule Capped Price Servicing does not include the following items:

(a) replacement of wear and tear items such as tyres, brake pads, wiper blades etc;
(b) fluids, additives and treatments not specified as part of the relevant Scheduled Service;
(c) additional repairs found to be required at the time of service;
(d) accident damage;
(e) repairs for vehicles operated in Severe conditions;
(f) additional maintenance due to modification from original specification, such as LPG, turbo chargers, drive trains, suspensions etc;
(g) adjustments and/or any additional work deemed necessary not otherwise specified to support particular driving conditions.
